Terms & Conditions
1. Media Rate Card (TikTok & Facebook)
– The production of content is included in the rates mentioned.
– This includes: Make-up services ,Wardrobe and dress selection
(as required for the content). Content will be delivered based on the specifications agreed upon for TikTok and Facebook, including video length, story duration, and photo post quantity
2. Talent Rate Card (Commercial & Actress)
– The rates mentioned are for Talent Fees Only.
-The fees do not cover additional expenses such as:
(i) Travel (transportation for talent to and from the shoot/event location).
(ii) Accommodation (if required for out-of-town projects).
(iii) Food and beverages for the talent during the shoot/event.
(iv) Make-up and dressing (cost for make-up artists, hairstylists, and wardrobe are separate).
(v) Styling services are not included and will incur extra charges if requested.
3. Series Rate
– The rate mentioned for a series applies to a 10-day shooting period.
NOTE; If the production exceeds this timeframe, additional fees will
be charged based on the number of extra days required.
4. Movie Rate
The rate mentioned for movies is applicable for one project only. This includes all shoot days for the project but does not cover: Reshoots beyond the agreed schedule , Promotional events post-shoot
5. Payment Terms
All payments should be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule between both parties. NOTE; A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the shoot or project.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled start
of production to avoid penalties. Any cancellation within 7 days of the start will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
